Tucked away in the heart of the Lake District, our newly-built TechnoGym in Windermere is your private space to focus on you and achieve all your fitness goals. Whether you’re aiming to build your dream physique with our free weights and smith machine or burn away some body fat with our interactive cardio machines – you’ll find all the equipment, motivation and inspiration you need in our newly built TechnoGym.

Featuring a sleek modern interior design, plenty of natural light and an emphasis on focused training, the TechnoGym is a stylish yet functional space for you to train at your own pace.

We offer Hydro Wellness memberships options starting from just £30 a month, or if you’re not ready to commit just yet, you can get full access to our TechnoGym, hot tub, heated pool and relaxation area with a wellness pass, starting at £15 for 2 hours.

The TechnoGym is open daily from 8am-8pm daily.
