Terms & Conditions
The Winter Escape is subject to availability and is available for stays from 1 October 2026 to 25 March 2027, Sunday to Thursday only, excluding Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s weekend and February half-term. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once booked, the reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable. The package includes complimentary parking for one night only. Additional nights of parking are chargeable at the prevailing rate. Hydro Wellness Club access is limited to one 2-hour session for two people per stay and is subject to availability. Room upgrades are available from the included room category to the next room category at £15 per category, per night, subject to availability.
