At the Ro, we understand that delicious food is one of the most important aspects of any wedding reception. Our team of talented chefs will ensure that your chosen menu is prepared with care and flair, awakening the senses and complementing your spectacular occasion.  At the Ro, our Chefs only use the best, locally sourced, fresh quality produce.

For that extra special touch, you can add a selection of our homemade canapés with your welcome drinks reception. Special dietary and children’s menus are also available upon request.

Our example menus have been created to give you a taste of the succulent dishes that our Chefs can provide for up to 100 guests.  Menus can be tailored to include your preferred dishes.  See our Wedding Brochure for extensive selection.

Tomato and basil soup (VE) GF

MAINS

Pan fried fillet of Sea Bass served on creamy mash with smoked pancetta strips, kale, charred radicchio, smoked bacon jus GF

Pan fried breast of chicken with mushrooms, baby onions and smoked pancetta in a red wine jus. Served with creamy mashed potatoes, baby carrots and asparagus GF

Braised blade of beef with strips of smoked pancetta, mushroom and baby onions in a red wine sauce. Served on a creamy mash with roasted root vegetables. GF

Harissa marinated aubergine, grilled and served with marinated peppers, cous cous, charred shallots and pesto

8oz fillet steak with grilled flap mushroom, confit tomato, chunky chips and peppercorn sauce - £10.50 per person extra GF

 

DESSERT
